By accessing or using kapsuletech.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Kapsule Limited with offices at:

3. The Service

The Site provides information about our health-data infrastructure products and allows prospective customers and partners to contact us. No paid services or subscriptions are offered through the Site at this time.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos and software—is the property of Kapsule Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site or help anyone else do so. Prohibited behaviour includes (a) interfering with the Site’s operation, (b) attempting to access unauthorised areas or data, and (c) uploading malicious code.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with (i) the laws of England and Wales in relation to activities conducted through our UK establishment, and (ii) the laws of the Republic of Rwanda in relation to activities conducted through our Rwandan establishment. You agree that the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, the courts of Rwanda, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under these Terms.
