Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- remember whether you have accepted or declined cookies,
- analyse how visitors use our site so we can improve it,
- support future marketing activities such as retargeting once enabled.
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1 Necessary cookies
These cookies are required for basic site functionality and are enabled by default. For example, we store your consent choice in localStorage (`CookieConsent`).
3.2 Analytics cookies
With your consent we load Google Tag Manager, which sets Google Analytics 4 cookies (e.g. `_ga`, `_ga_*`, `_gid`). These help us understand how visitors interact with our pages.
3.3 Marketing cookies
If you accept cookies we may load the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising and measurement purposes. Typical cookies include:
- `_fbp` (Meta Pixel)
- `li_gc`, `_li_fat_id` (LinkedIn Insight Tag)
We do not currently run retargeting campaigns, but these technologies may be enabled in the future to support such activities.
4. Managing cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Accept” or “Decline” buttons on the banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may impact your experience of our site.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
